Responsibilities:
- Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
- Configuration of Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock setup
- Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place
- Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
- In-house repair and maintenance of Ceiling Fan, Digital Door Locks that is exchanged by customer
- Support warehouse disposal activity
- Other duties as assigned
