Job Description

We are seeking a process driven team member who will be pushing the efficiency of PRISM+ Malaysia Supply Chain infrastructure to the next level. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a strong self-starter and an inspiring leader to build a dynamic team to scale with our high growth.

This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us improve the current supply chain processes and bring us to the next level. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia team and will report directly to Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Lead but are not limited to

  • Formulate Inventory/custom clearing/additional supply chain process improvements, suitable management reporting metrics and performance management (KPIs). KPI owner and responsible for executing agreed KPIs
  • SIRIM Certification application
  • Manage day to day supply chain and SIRIM stakeholder management
  • Ensure 3PL warehouse execution of stocks movement 100% accuracy as per SLA
  • Constantly optimize 3PL warehouse processes inbound/outbound speed
  • Work with custom broker and timely clear customs without additional charges
  • Work closely with forwarder to get accurate shipment estimated arrival and ensure 3PL warehouses have ample space by having advance notice and planning
  • Provide operational support and help to execute the organization’s strategic plan
  • Drive continuous automation improvement initiatives while being compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organization to bring about optimal service for the benefits of customers/stakeholders
  • Train team to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or any relevant course of studies
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Operations/Supply chain role, having led the function for a minimum of 1 years.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency
  • A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
  • Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in Supply chain
