Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly aging reports for monitoring cash flow
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and digital documents
- Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of company records
- Support administrative tasks, ad-hoc duties, and special projects as assigned

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
