Job Description
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accurate recording and efficient debt collection and settlement.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly to ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly aging reports to support cash flow forecasting and financial reviews.
- Maintain a structured filing system for quick retrieval and security of physical and digital assets.
- Uphold corporate data protocols to maintain record integrity and enable smooth information sharing.
- Handle shifting workloads, diverse assignments, and special projects to support team goals.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Administration, or equivalent
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
