Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise both digital and physical documents in accordance with company policies
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and easy retrieval of records
• Maintain and update document control systems and procedures
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Coordinate with various departments on document and data requirements
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Gain hands-on experience in document control and data management processes

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
