1. HR Administration:

• Manage and update HR databases to ensure employee information is accurate.
• Assist in drafting job offer letters, employment contracts, and official HR documents.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with company procedures and labor laws.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture:

• Assist in coordinating company events and team activities to boost employee engagement.
• Gather employee feedback through surveys and prepare detailed reports.
• Help draft internal messages to keep employees informed and aligned.

3. General Support

• Provide daily administrative support for smooth HR department operations.
• Support special HR projects and handle additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
