Job Description
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate employee records
- Assist in preparing job offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the organization of company events and team activities
- Assist in collecting employee feedback and preparing reports
- Help draft internal communications and announcements
General Support
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
- Assist in HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
