Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and proper classification of all General Ledger (GL) entries
- Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
General Ledger & Reconciliation
- Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger by reviewing journal entries and adjustments
- Oversee bank, intercompany, suspense, accrual, and prepaid reconciliations
- Manage the full fixed asset cycle, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
Internal Controls & Audit
- Develop and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Prior experience in audit firms is an added advantage
