Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance matters for both corporate and individual taxpayers
• Assist in tax advisory services, including handling audit queries and appeal matters
• Liaise with clients and authorities such as the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to resolve tax-related issues
• Prepare tax computations and ensure timely statutory submissions
• Handle withholding tax matters and ensure all payments meet deadlines
• Support tax reporting, forecasting, payment revisions, instalment tracking, and refund processes
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of tax documents with proper supporting records
• Review work prepared by junior staff and assist in coordinating workflow
• Maintain and update tax databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist Manager/Director with ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Job Requirements

Education

• Degree in Accountancy
• Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant tax experience
• Experience handling tax matters for both individuals and companies
