Job Description

 Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.
  • Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
  • Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs
  • Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings.
  • Manage supply chain processes, including inventory, production, sales, and sourcing.
  • Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Provide training and coaching to subordinates whenever needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or any other professional qualification.
  • Preferably at least 8 years of related working experience
  • strong time management and decision-making skills
  • excellent critical thinking and management skills
  • proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
  • good communication skills in English, and Malay language for both spoken and written
  • able to lead a team to achieve the KPI
  • excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to work with different levels of management
