Job Description
- Provide support to all local & overseas clients enquiries & solution
- To assist related department of expansion in overseas new networking business program
- To support the department by achieving the monthly sales
- Meeting with department head by monitoring sales performance by using sales analysis tool
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all the task till completion
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics / freight forwarder field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Fast learner, adaptable and able to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work closely with the team and at the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision
