Job Description

 

  • Managing day to day general admin matter and ensure alignment with company goals and objective.
  • Handle routine and advance duties for other professional including organizing while preparing document and reports, manage to schedule appointment and other general staff support.
  • Dealing with incoming mail, post often corresponding on behalf as instructed by the Director.
  • Liaising with client, supplier and other colleagues.
  • Any other duties as may assigned by time to time.

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 -2 years of working experience and Fresh graduated also encourage to apply.
  • Need to be Multilingual (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia ) –Verbal & Written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.
  • Pleasant personality, good attitude, independent and efficient.
