Join our team as an HR &amp; Admin Intern and gain practical exposure to the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, payroll administration, employee engagement, and learning &amp; development activities. This internship provides valuable real-world experience that will help you build essential workplace skills and prepare you for a successful career in Human Resources.
<h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, pre-onboarding arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding activities.</li>
<li>Support the preparation and maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring daily staff attendance and preparing attendance reports when required.</li>
<li>Help calculate attendance allowances and process overtime claims accurately.</li>
<li>Update and maintain employee leave records on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Assist in managing medical claims and updating employee information related to medical benefits and insurance coverage.</li>
<li>Support HRDC grant applications, training documentation, and appeal submissions.</li>
<li>Assist in organising employee engagement activities, company events, and internal programmes.</li>
<li>Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for various HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.</li>
</ul>

• Work in a collaborative HR team spanning recruitment, payroll, engagement and L&amp;D.
