What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors with confidence and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. 
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products with clarity and confidence. 
• Bring products to life by explaining features, benefits, and solutions during showroom visits. 
• Take ownership of the showroom’s appearance, ensure it is always clean, organised, and visually appealing. 
• Keep product displays and samples updated, ensuring the showroom always reflects the latest offerings. 
• Actively drive showroom traffic through initiatives, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities. 
• Turn enquiries into opportunities by generating leads and following up with potential customers. 
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure smooth coordination of sales documentation and filing. 
• Plan your weekly activities strategically to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth sales journey from enquiry to closing. 
• Take initiative and contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience. 
• Support any additional tasks assigned by Management when needed.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1 – 3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (experience in interior, building materials, or design-related industry is an advantage). 
• A natural communicator with strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. 
• Confident in presenting and explaining products to customers. 
• Strong command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English is required; proficiency in additional languages will be a strong advantage. 
• Highly organised, able to multitask, and perform well under pressure. 
• A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys achieving targets. 
• Existing connections with developers, architects, or interior designers will be a strong plus.
