Job Description

 

  • Process Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company procedures and SOP.
     
  • Customer Service & Support: Handle customer inquiries, provide information on insurance products, (training will be provided) and ensure prompt, effective responses to client needs.
     
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, underwriting, and administration to ensure operational efficiency and smooth service delivery.

 

  • Billing & Premium Collection: Manage the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection of premiums from clients.
     
  • Customer Service & Support: Address customer inquiries related to billing, policy renewals, and payment issues, ensuring clear communication and resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with clients and team members through strong spoken English.
     
  • Excel Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing Excel for data entry, reporting, and analyzing billing and premium collections.
     
  • Experience in the Insurance Field: Previous work experience in the insurance sector, ideally within operations or similar positions.
     
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Capability to handle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency, emphasizing meticulousness.
