Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept development to completion.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Prepare event timelines, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Coordinate event logistics, manpower, equipment, and transportation arrangements.
• Conduct site visits and oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Handle client enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve operational issues promptly during event execution.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.

Job Requirements

 Requirements & Responsibilities

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large & small scale corporate events, property events annual dinners.
• Responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and event partners to ensure quality deliverables and competitive pricing.
• Prepare quotations, budgets, cost comparisons, project schedules, and project documentation for client approval.
• Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, venue inspections, production meetings, event rehearsals, and pre-event briefings when required.
• Lead and supervise event crew, suppliers, and on-site operations during setup, event execution, and dismantling.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide immediate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Willing to go the extra mile, support team members when needed, and work collaboratively to achieve project goals and deliver successful events.
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours based on project and event requirements.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently for meetings, site inspections, and event operations.
