About the Role

Project 4X Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content for our events, marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and engaging designs for events, exhibitions, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artwork based on project and client requirements.
• Work closely with the Event, Marketing, and Project teams to develop creative materials.
• Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, backdrops, brochures, presentations, digital ads, and event collaterals.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Adapt artwork into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
• Assist with creative concepts and visual direction for events and campaigns.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers when required to ensure artwork is produced according to specifications.
• Make revisions based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design, social media, and visual trends.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Creative Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required for events.
• Applicants with event, exhibition, advertising, or agency experience will have an added advantage.
