The Programme Officer role would be attached under our social enterprise wing Ratio Cause and support in advocating and creating impact for various social issues through leading the development and curation of programmes aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives. This role includes but is not limited to developing and strategizing programmes as well as planning through the on-ground research and findings, implement, monitor and report the execution of the programmes. The Programme Officer also provides input for the knowledge production, creative development, operations plan, including budget, and prepares inputs for projects and programmes for reporting.
As part of our passionate team, our ideal candidate will oversee a wide range of programs in the organisation. They will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. They will be an excellent multi-tasker working across a variety of project components at any given time. They will be extremely organised and able to independently manage their own time, workflow and scheduling in order to meet deadlines, while building a strong knowledge of program management principles as well as a strategic mindset. The goal of this role is to ensure every program will be delivered effectively and successfully while ensuring the highest possible impact created and value to the organisation. Interested candidates must be able to commit to full-time work, with the possibility of some weekends and evenings, depending on the timing of key events, and the potential addition of extra days if needed. Work arrangement is hybrid with a balance of working from the office and home.
