• Negotiate commercial terms for corporate events, partnerships, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions.
• Own the full corporate sales pipeline – from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, conversion, and post-event follow-up.
• Respond to incoming corporate and event enquiries, manage RFQs, and follow up persistently to close opportunities.

• Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align promotional assets, pricing, scheduling, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, bookings, partnerships, and client interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
• Track and report on KPIs including lead conversion, revenue generated, event profitability, attendance, engagement, and partnership ROI.
• Prepare post-event reporting for presentation to management.
You will be accountable for:
- Proactively building and maintaining a healthy corporate and partnerships pipeline.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets from corporate bookings, events, and collaborations.
• Driving repeat business and long-term corporate relationships.
