Responsibilities:

  • Perform Front Desk duties at assigned studio locations as scheduled.
  • Open or close the studio as required.
  • Greet and check in clients as they arrive for classes.
  • Manage client account enquiries and assist with membership or class-related matters.
  • Ensure the Yoga and Pilates studio rooms and common areas are kept clean, sanitized, neat, and tidy in between classes — maintaining an immaculate environment at all times.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning duties daily to uphold studio hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Replenish inventory items and consumables in the studio.
  • Be knowledgeable about our programs, packages, and products to provide accurate recommendations and promote sales to clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to help improve client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Recommend suitable classes to students based on their goals and schedules, answer questions, and offer guidance and support.
  • Resolve customer service issues according to company policies and studio FAQs.
  • Welcome all visitors according to The Flow Studio’s customer service standards.
  • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.

Job Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse personalities (in person, on the phone, and via email).
  • A proactive, responsible, and self-initiated approach to work.
  • A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to keep the studio in top condition.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts across different times and locations.
  • Availability to work up to 6 days a week, with 1 scheduled off day.
  • Working hours aligned with studio class schedules (typically 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
