About the Role

As Senior Marketing Executive at The Flow Studio, you’ll be leading execution of campaigns that blend creativity, strategy, and storytelling to elevate our brand, grow our client base, and deepen community engagement. You'll work on projects — from campaign ideation to execution, across digital and offline channels — and play a key role in scaling one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic boutique fitness brands.

This is a hands-on role for a high-performing marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves all things wellness, and is excited to create content and campaigns that don’t just sell classes — but a lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Ensure all content for social media channels is planned and produced in a timely manner
• Coordinate filming days, liaise with creators/instructors for UGC
• Write adn review engaging, brand-aligned copy that balances authority and wit
• Maintain a dynamic content calendar across Singapore and Malaysia

Brand Partnerships & Activations

• Strategize and execute collaborations with brands and KOLs
• Ideate and oversee marketing strategy for events and activations
• Plan, organize and execute event days from end-to-end

CRM, Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Develop, schedule and optimise weekly email campaigns (e.g., class launches, promos, lifestyle content)
• Build automated flows and trigger campaigns based on user behaviour (welcome, inactive, retention)
• Manage WhatsApp Business broadcast strategy and community groups

Campaign Management & Growth Marketing

• Strategize seasonal campaigns, launch promotions, studio events, and partnerships
• Work closely with operations teams to drive attendance, upsells, and retention
• Plan full-funnel strategies across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, email, WhatsApp)
• Monitor campaign ROI and conversion metrics; report learnings and optimise for growth

Reporting & Strategy

• Track KPIs: follower growth, content engagement, conversion rates, promo performance
• Present post-campaign reports with insights, benchmarks, and next steps
• Research industry trends and competitor benchmarks

Job Requirements

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in wellness, retail, lifestyle or F&B)
• Strong content and campaign management skills, with a solid understanding of digital marketing funnels
• Confident copywriter with a sharp eye for design and branding consistency
• Graphic design ability is a plus
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines across teams and studios
• Passion for wellness, boutique fitness, or lifestyle brands
