About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager in Singapore, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand in the Malaysian market.

This isn't just about making things "look pretty"—we need someone who understands the intersection of design and performance. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals for e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada), social media campaigns, and digital advertisements that drive actual conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Assets: Design eye-catching banners, product images, and promotional graphics for e-commerce stores and social media (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
• Performance Creative: Produce optimized ad creatives for Meta CPAS and Google Discovery ads to improve click-through rates.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all localized marketing materials align with our regional brand identity and guidelines.
• Video Snippets: Create short-form video content or motion graphics for social media stories and reels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team in Singapore HQ to support local product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech, consumer electronics, or e-commerce industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects). Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
• E-commerce Savvy: A solid understanding of the visual requirements for Shopee and Lazada (e.g., hero images, decoration templates).
• Communication: Fluent in English to communicate effectively with regional teams and local stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern aesthetic and successful digital marketing executions.
