We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our growing real estate team at PropNex. This internship is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate operations, administration, and team support. You’ll work directly with our agents and team leaders to ensure smooth backend operations, marketing coordination, and client servicing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide administrative support to real estate consultants and team leaders
   
• Manage documentation for listings, sales, and tenancy agreements
   
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and updating property databases
   
• Handle client follow-ups and appointment scheduling
   
• Support in organising internal events, training, and weekly team reviews
   
• Perform simple data entry and CRM updates
   
• Liaise with property portals to ensure listings are up-to-date
   
• Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• University/college student currently pursuing studies in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related fields
   
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
   
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
   
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
   
• Ability to multitask and work independently
   
• Interest in real estate is a bonus but not required
