We're looking for a creative and driven Content & Creative Intern to join our real estate media team at PropNex. You'll help us bring stories to life through visuals, short videos, and digital content — helping everyday people fall in love with homes, lifestyles, and city living.

This is not just design work — this is about building a warm, trustworthy personal brand through storytelling and aesthetics. If you love shooting, editing, or designing, and want to work on a fast-moving brand that’s creating short-form content weekly — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create social media content (IG Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) related to lifestyle, real estate, and team culture
   
• Film and edit short videos (interior tours, behind-the-scenes, advice-style content)
   
• Design marketing visuals (posters, thumbnails, property brochures) using Canva or other tools
   
• Assist in on-site shoots — framing, lighting, B-roll
   
• Manage visual consistency across platforms
   
• Work closely with founder/team to co-develop content ideas
   
• Suggest creative concepts for team branding, recruitment campaigns, and training content
   

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is studying Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or any creative field
   
• Has basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush, or similar)
   
• Has an eye for clean layout, color, and storytelling
   
• Is familiar with social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu
   
• Bonus: Knows how to shoot content with a phone or basic camera
   
• Takes initiative, loves visual content, and is open to feedback
