What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Support lead generation efforts through digital ads, WhatsApp blasting, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify property trends and audience preferences.
• Assist in organizing events, property roadshows, and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Student or fresh grad in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
✅ A social media addict (in a good way!) who knows the latest trends.
✅ Creative, proactive, and full of ideas! 🎨
✅ Basic skills in Canva, copywriting, or video editing (bonus points if you’re a meme genius! 😆).
