Job Description

We are seeking dynamic, articulate Market Research professionals passionate about solving real-world problems in enterprise software environments. The role demands strong communication, structured discovery skills and a keen ability to influence decision-makers by uncovering pain points, identifying modernization opportunities and positioning our enterprise-grade software transformation solutions.

This is a customer-facing role where you will interact with Malaysian, Singaporean and global enterprises, understanding their current technology stack, compliance risks, inefficiencies and help them evaluate the business impact of migrating to our robust, scalable software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality cold calls, virtual discussions and market research to reach IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, Procurement Heads and Key Business Decision-Makers across different industries
• Identify pain points in existing software, such as:
• Operational inefficiencies
• Scalability constraints
• Compliance/security gaps
• Lack of automation or poor integration
• Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations and assess the fitment for software migration.
• Present our Software Modernization, Migration and Transformation offerings with clarity, measurable value, ROI alignment and solution differentiation.
• Capture solution expectations, existing workflows, integration, operational bottlenecks and cost leaks during customer conversations.
• Develop intelligence on competitor platforms, current trends, adoption patterns, compliance norms and digital transformation initiatives within the industry landscape across the globe
• Proactively follow up on leads, schedule corporate presentations and support in closures and enterprise negotiations.

Job Requirements

Candidate Expectations:

• Exhibited the ability to work with revenue target to the tune of RM 1 million to RM 10 million
• Demonstrated persistence in re-engaging previously declined prospects in Software Projects
• Had confidence in approaching decision-makers such as CEO, CTO, Directors and Business owners
• Possessed strong follow-up discipline by consistently engaging with prospects.
