Job Description
You will be part of a team responsible for delivering successful business events such as trade exhibitions and conferences.
Project Responsibilities
Project Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of successful business events.
- Work closely with stakeholders, sponsors, exhibitors, international speakers, and participants.
- Identify new leads and reach out to potential clients.
- Co-ordinate with marketing, design, contractors and suppliers.
- Upsell product and offer creative ways of promoting customers' branding.
- Co-ordinate events logistics and post event follow up.
Job Requirements
You Should Have
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business/Events Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferably in exhibitions, B2B events, marketing, sales, or related fields. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for communications with local and international clients and partners.
- Good spoken and written Business English.
