Job Description
- Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information
- Prepare sales invoices, quotations and agreements
- Prepare payroll payment and statutory contribution payment
- Assist in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing and posting of claim-related financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare daily bank reconciliation
- E-Invoice Submission
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, etc
- Process payroll, prepare and assisit in any ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
