Job Description

You would be required to 

• Prepare monthly and yearly accounts closing
• Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information
• Prepare sales invoices and monthly debtor statements
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis
• Prepare payroll payment and statutory contribution payment
• Assist in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities
• Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management Report (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basis
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Handle in service tax submission
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, etc
• Process payroll, prepare and assisit in any ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in full sets of accounts closing, fresh graduates are encourgaed to apply.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
