To develop, implement, and maintain enterprise wide BCM Program which include BC Policy, Business Impact Assessment (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Incident Management Plan (IMP). To response, communicate and liaise with relevant team and individual according to appropriate action plan during incident or disaster situation.

  • Maintain files and organized document related to BIA, BCP and IMP. Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain presentation for BCM Coordinators.
  • Manage the timely completion of BIA & BCP review and update by all the BCM Coordinators as per schedule.                                       
  • Manage the consolidated department Call Tree database and perform the necessary update and testing as per schedule.
  • Conduct BCP test, coordinate with BCM Coordinators, IT, BC Site vendor and test participants to facilitate the testing. Consolidate feedback and reporting of test results.
  • Maintain BC Site and to ensure site readiness if a BCP is being activated.
  • Prepare BCM budget and monitor and track relevant BCM expenses.
  • Monitor COVID-19 reporting, maintain the positive cases database and assist in preparing reports as per requirements.

     

Carrying out day-to-day tasks:

  • Group BCM & IM Quarterly Report (Frequency: Quarterly)

  • Group Current State Assessment (CSA) Report (Frequency: Yearly)

  • BNM BCM New Guidelines 2022 – To review and update relevant protocols and documents (Frequency: Daily)

  • Review & Update BCM Policy (Frequency: Quarterly)

  • Review & Update Business Impact Analysis (BIA) (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Review/Meeting with BCM Coordinators (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Review & Update Risk Assessment (RA) (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Review & Update Recovery Strategy (RS) (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Review & Update Incident Management Plan (IMP) (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Review & Update Business Continuity Plan (BCP) (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Review & Update Call Tree (Frequency: Quarterly or Ad-hoc)

  • Plan and execute Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Test (Frequency: Yearly, Minimum 2 months preparation)

  • Plan and execute Call Tree Test (Frequency: Yearly)

  • COVID-19 Update to Board (Frequency: As needed)
