Role Purpose: The incumbent is to provide support for broad spectrum of HR Operations including recruitment, payroll, HRIS, training, government claims and surveys.

Organization Context: The role is to provide HR services for PSS and PIM.

Key Accountabilities

Performance measures

Support HR services which include onboarding, payroll, benefits, income tax, offboarding, government related claims, etc.

Assist and support onboarding activities including but not limited to employment contract preparation, pre-employment screening and benefits enrolment.

Assist and support offboarding activities including but not limited to final payment, benefit and leave calculations and income tax clearance.

Support work pass administration i.e. application, issuance, renewal and cancellation.

Prepare monthly HR reports such as payroll, headcount and accruals and perform reconciliation.

Support the entire process of yearly income tax submission

Support audits including HR, payroll, etc. 

Maintain electronic employees’ file and ensure employee data is up to-date on Workday

Responsible for government claims and surveys

Support training activities such as registration, fund claims and payment to providers

Submit purchase requisition for HR services and follow up payment with Finance. Provides cost allocation for internal recharges.

Support ad-hoc HR projects from time to time

Qualification and Experience

  • University degree, preferably with an emphasis in a relevant HR discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience and Singapore payroll
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws preferred
  • Proficient in Workday is an added advantage
  • Proactive, meticulous and adaptable
  • Team player as well as ability to work independently
  • Able to interact well with all levels and result-driven
