Job Summary:PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project manage on marketing campaign to ensure timely delivery of campaign launch effectively and efficiently.
Execute marketing campaigns with sizeable, strong proposition and quality leads for agency distribution channel.
Ensure continuity in betterment and innovation for campaign launches, communication with internal and external customers and campaign fulfillment process.
Activating and driving on ground campaign awareness through sales channel.
Actively handling campaign enquiries via dedicated hotline (agents-fronting) and mailbox.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
a. Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
b. Experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in the financial services or insurance industry, preferably in the function of marketing campaign.
c. Knowledge
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for a business segment
Proficiency with computer knowledge especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Multi-tasker and good team player.
Agile and resilient with ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
