Insurance Risk Business Analytics
Organisation Context: Aligned with Prudential’s ambition to be a data-led organisation, Group Risk is investing in insurance risk analytics capabilities. Group Risk has built an analytic tool – DICE that provides real-time visibility of our insurance risk experience, leveraging data across insurance value chain in such a way that systematically identifies shareholder value leakage and empowers the organization to understand and dig deeper. The tool is deployed across markets for FWA detection, network analysis, geospatial analytics, driver analysis, and actuarial experience monitoring, whilst being expanded to encompass persistency experience analytics and potentially the internal basis for pricing incidence rate assumption generation.
Role Purpose: Play a key role in the deployment and continuous enhancement of DICE, working under the guidance of DICE architect but with significant autonomy and self-direction. Shape the evolution of DICE by applying practical, business-relevant data science and statistical techniques to solve complex insurance risk challenges.
