·     Second line escalation from Senior Claims Assessors and issue resolutions

·     Handle enquiries and complaints from customers, agents (including telephone and emails where necessary) and internal staffs.

·     Regularly updates SOPs

·     Identify any emerging medical, utilization and cost -leakage risks

·     Work closely with business to provide technical claims training, supporting onboarding, certification and refresher training

·     Provide support to pre-authorisation and major cases if needed.
