You will be responsible for preparing test plans, executing UAT cases, and signing off on UAT outputs related to the Policy Services functionalities on various platforms such as Customer, Sales, Workflow, and Policy Administration systems. You will report to the functional team manager within the Policy Services Team, ensuring timely UAT tasks delivery.<ul><li>Understand and analyze business processes and requirements for system change requests with clear understanding on cross-platform testing needs.</li><li>Develop and execute test plans and test cases, with clear UAT entry criteria and exit criteria.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the UAT manager to resolve UAT roadblocks and prioritize system defects fixes.</li><li>Review and prepare test plans, suggesting test flow optimizations where possible.</li><li>Document and sign off UAT results based on business requirements.</li><li>Follow through on defect resolutions with IT and UAT test manager, ensuring all defects are resolved within the stipulated timeframe.</li><li>Assist in preparing training materials and user guides; conduct necessary training for users.</li><li>Support projects in addition to business-as-usual (BAU) UAT tasks, working closely with project leads and UAT manager to ensure UAT is completed on time and with quality.</li><li>UAT testers must be certified in BAU transactions within Policy Services functions. They will be assigned to the BAU processing team to support transaction processing and gain insights into system usage and customer sentiments as part of ongoing learning.</li><li>Insurance domain knowledge and UAT methodology in Policy Services are essential.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
