Key Responsibilities

• Tech Relationship Management: Manage internal customer relationships, including interactions with technical, project, and engineering resources within LBUs.
• Drive Tech Delivery and Adoption: Drive the delivery and adoption of services, and coordinate releases, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in collaboration with customers.
• Hands-On Delivery and Roadmap Development: Be hands-on in designing and implementing roadmaps for cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, networking, and internal services initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Support: Supervise and support the engineering team in customer engagements, acting as a servant leader to ensure their success and professional development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and the seamless integration of new technologies.
• Drive, Advise, and Govern Processes: Lead the implementation and adherence to company processes, provide guidance and advice on best practices and procedures, and oversee team compliance to ensure all activities align with organizational standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a project management role within a technical environment, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, networking, and internal services.
• Strong technical background in public clouds (Azure, GCP), on-premises infrastructure, network projects, automation, and platform development.
• Experience managing compute services, including VMs, Kubernetes, and cloud functions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate releases and manage service delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
