Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders to ensure solutions and services are designed with the agency experience in mind.
• Collaborate for Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to execute actions, gather feedback, and drive decisions on agency campaigns, campaigns launch, and more.
• Manage Communications: Act as the gatekeeper for all communications to agency members, assist in messaging, and prepare presentation content/business deck. crafting promotional posters for invites for business updates/when necessary.
• Prepare Agency Communications: Create and vet communication materials, prepare speech pointers, and manage recognition advertisements.
• Organize Events: Write emcee scripts, emcee events, manage budgets, and source external speakers for conference/events.
• Prepare Circulars and Agency Campaign Materials: Draft circulars & campaign materials for agency campaign/initiative, events and recruitment, liaise with B&C for approvals, and ensure accuracy in circulars. Assist in production of in-house social media videos and contents.

Job Specification:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Communications or equivalent.  

• Minimum 5 years experiences in banking and financial services industries specialized in insurance/takaful sales and marketing is an added advantage.

• Experience in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities for sales channels.

• Experience in producing sales & marketing tools.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• Possesses good analytical and strong presentation skills.

• Able to interact with all levels of people and management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team player and able to work independently.

• Strong command of English. Mandarin/Malay is an added advantage.

• Ability to multi-task and highly motivated with an ability to take ownership.

• Possess strong work ethics, integrity and a positive attitude.
