Policy valuation function comprises:

• Policy (no cash value) termination
• Surrender of Traditional Life and ILP policies
• Policy loan
• Cash benefit/Cash back/Cash bonus withdrawal
• ILP Partial withdrawal
• Advance premium deposit withdrawal/refund

Day to day responsibilities:

1) Process customer requests under the policy valuation function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality:

2) Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.

Who we are looking for:

Experience

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years working experience in Life insurance policy servicing, working in the policy valuation function.
• Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.

• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.
