Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the agency’s digital transformation initiatives, focusing on technology adoption and innovation.
• Define and execute the agency’s digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with agency goals and objectives.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital platforms, tools, and applications that support agency operations, sales, and customer engagement.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered business solutions and automation initiatives.

• Identify emerging technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.

• Working with various teams to ensure successful integration of digital tools and processes.

• Leading teams through change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies and measuring success.
• Plan, manage, and deliver agency projects from initiation to completion.

• Establish KPIs, track progress, and report on the digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure all digital solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Job Specifications:

a. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.

b. Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, or transformation roles, preferably in an agency or sales-driven environment.

c. Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
