Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to line managers on HR matters including but not limited to workforce planning, organisational design, capability building to deliver high impact, business aligned outcomes  
  • Management of employee life-cycle covering all people processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance and reward, employee relations for relevant functions as assigned
  • Support the setup, integration of new teams/functions into Value Creation Centre, ensuring effective onboarding and cultural assimilation
  • Support change management during transitions, migrations and service redesign
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop insights on workforce metrics
  • Drive groupwide HR processes in Value Creation Centre e.g. annual performance and reward review, talent review     
  • insights on workforce metrics (attrition, engagement, absenteeism) and recommend interventions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Corporate Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Track record of strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills  
  • Action oriented with a strong attention to detail, timelines and end-to-end design to implementation
  • Proven ability to work with ambiguity, independently and can-do mindset
  • Experience in a matrixed organisation, with exposure to Global Business Services and Global Capability Centre a plus
  • Experience in both HR business partnering and exposure to HR centres of excellence preferred
