PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in designing digital posters, flyers, social media graphics, and power point templates tailored for insurance agents.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines specific to agent communications.
• Collaborate with the agency distribution team to create digital content for agent portals and social media platforms.
• Help create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on agent-related content.
• Design infographics, charts, and other visual elements to enhance our messaging to agents.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing and animation software.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design.
