SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist team member to perform evaluation on commercial proposal submitted by vendors, based on given guidance.

• support business user to structure PO for different spend category, based on guideline provided by line manager.

• Assist team member to do cost analysis and price benchmarking as preparation for commercial negotiation (hotel room rate, standard rate negotiation for contingent workers, spend analysis for renewal of medical & travel assistance services etc.).

• Utilize ERP system tool (Coupa) and Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and report generation.

• Assist team members in managing contracts & services owned by Sourcing team (travel services, printer, mobile phone line).

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in any fields, preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Finance.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A proactive approach to learning and a keen interest in procurement and supply chain operations
