Job Scope :  

Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager to implement appropriate work processes in relation to the provision of business reviews and monitoring of Agency’s strategic priorities and initiatives.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Project Lead from designing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of dashboard and visualization of performance management for Agency Distribution
• Drive automation of reports and dashboards to streamline work processes and enhance data accessibility.
• Continuously maintain and enhance dashboard and visualization of performance management through collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in dashboard and visualization of performance management through thorough checks and validation processes.
• Perform data analytics on key driving indicators to provide qualitative and quantitative outcomes with recommended solutions to senior management
• Support timely and accurate analyses, reports and presentations for various management forums, such as Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Performance Reviews, EXCO meetings etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business planning cycles, including the development and delivery of the Annual Business Plan.
• Provide support and advice to address queries from group and local business stakeholders where necessary, ensuring queries are addressed with clarity and precision.
• Support takaful in sales updates, and handle enquiries when necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support evolving business needs.

Job Specification:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or any other numerate discipline. Program Management

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge

• Demonstrated good sense of business acumen and/or logical thought process in problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots.
• Able to be an active communicator and articulate concepts/thoughts effectively
• Strong organization and program management skills
• Ability to provide quality coaching and mentoring to facilitate the development and progression of the team
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Proficient in Power BI
