Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Analyst Lead to join our Provider Management & Connected Care team. This role is responsible for overseeing major digital systems that support hospital providers, including the HAS Portal, digitization, Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability and Atificial Intelligence eBilling/eInvoice platforms. You will be accountable for driving end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, regulatory readiness and operational stability.
This position requires strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to handle multiple system initiatives and stakeholders across business, IT and vendors. The role can be appointed at Assistant Manager or Manager 2 level, depending on experience and leadership capability.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Digital Operations
Manage end-to-end system enhancement projects from planning to post-launch support.
Oversee UAT, ORT and DR testing, including scenarios, scripts and reporting.
Ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues and improve user experience.
Maintain accurate documentation, user guides and change logs.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main liaison between business teams, IT, hospital providers, vendors and management.
Lead requirement reviews, technical discussions and prioritization of changes.
Handle multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines.
Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong partnerships with IT, project, finance, product and claims teams.
Leadership & People Development
Guide and mentor two system specialists, setting clear priorities and supporting growth.
Develop team skills through coaching, cross-training and knowledge sharing.
Take ownership in meetings, escalations and system-related decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, Engineering, Healthcare or relevant fields.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, managed care or hospital system environments.
Proven experience in delivering system or digital projects involving:
SDLC, project management methodologies
UAT / ORT execution
Vendor and stakeholder coordination
Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, workflows, test scripts and changing documentation.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining quality and timelines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Confident, proactive, highly dedicated, able to work under pressure, available to ad-hoc working time for system deployment and fast learner to adapt to complex systems quickly.
Experience in provider systems, digitization, Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability, eBill/eInvoice platforms or healthcare claims systems is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
Strong in system management, and problem-solving capabilities..
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project or project tracking tools like Jira/Asana/Trello.
