The Oracle Integration Architect is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions (whether relying on Oracle integration suite or supporting technology teams in building integration middleware on other platforms). You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining integrations between Oracle Accounting Hub and various source systems.
 

This position collaborates closely with the Solution Architect, ERP Data & Systems Lead, and other Future Finance Program workstreams (e.g. Data workstream) to ensure seamless data flow and integration excellence. Scope will be based on any inbound or outbound feed between Oracle Fusion stack and various systems (including our target data middleware hosted on Azure), ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality within the organization.


The Oracle Integration Architect is also expected to provide expertise & guidance on defining integration patterns from source to Oracle.

Key responsibilities
 

Lead design and support delivery:

  • Analyze integration requirements and design integration solutions for Oracle Financials (including AHCS)
  • Design, advise, and implement integration solutions between Oracle Financials and multiple systems, including SaaS models such as Coupa
  • Ensure compatibility and integration with multi-cloud settings, including Azure PaaS, SAS PaaS, and data platforms like Databricks, Synapse, and Azure Data Lake
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Financials, particularly in implementing on a SaaS basis and onboarding into Oracle Cloud
  • Develop and implement complex integration workflows, mappings, and transformations using Oracle technologies, Prudential’s inhouse middleware data platform and local business units integration stack
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect and Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with the overall integration architecture
  • Create and maintain technical design documentation (including low level design artefacts) for integration feeds

Support QA / E2E Testing:

  • Support QA teams (from both Data workstream, local business units and consuming system owners) in developing and executing comprehensive integration test plans to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Provide support and guidance to all parties in testing execution and troubleshooting

Lead go-live support & maintenance:

  • Monitor integration processes to ensure smooth operation and data flow
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updating integration configurations, optimizing performance, applying patches and upgrades
  • Collaborate with the target application maintenance team to ensure the stability and reliability of integration environment

Qualifications

  • Mandatory experience in Oracle Financials integration design and implementation
  • Experience with Azure-based data platforms (ADLS, ADWH, Databricks) and middleware solutions liaising GL & Subledgers to various systems
  • Proficiency in Oracle Financials and cloud-based integration technologies
  • Familiarity with domain-specific knowledge in life insurance
  • Technical landscape proficiency, especially in multi-cloud environments and data platforms acting as integration middleware for Oracle
  • Relevant Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Fusion certifications are highly desirable

Experience Level

  • At least 2 to 3 implementation cycles on Oracle Fusion Financials ERP – preferably for financial services industry
  • At minimum 10 years of experience in ERP integration / interfaces design, build, test & deploy phases – with preference given to financial services industry
  • Exposure (or implementation experience) to Azure data engineering stack (especially Azure Data lake storage architectures) as part of interface solutioning is highly desirable
  • Exposure (or implementation experience) to Databricks stack as part of ETL solutioning is a plus
