We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.JOB SCOPE: The incumbent is responsible for full stack development in Prudential's Symphony v2 environment with high performance global teams for application delivery.<ul><li>Provide the solutions for seamless experience in customer onboarding, customer servicing and customer promise area and other key Group initiated projects.</li><li>Increase the customer experience NPS and reduced complaints</li><li>Increase the adoption of online web and mobile capabilities</li></ul><h3>PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Design / Document / Implement / Test / Deploy systems &amp; solutions to meet the global COE roadmap.</li><li>Analyze business requirements to perform feasibility studies / gap analysis / functional / technical design for existing and new systems</li><li>Examine existing systems design and processes to improve effectiveness &amp; efficiency</li><li>Research and recommend technologies and solution design to fulfil business requirement</li><li>Work closely with global COE teams</li><li>Develop the system accordingly to the agreed user and technical requirement</li><li>Perform and coordinate SIT and UAT activities</li><li>Responsible for production deployment and relevant change management process</li><li>Work closely with other organizational units and external parties in systems implementation</li><li>Ensure complete knowledge transfer from external solution providers to provide effective support on systems after go-live</li><li>Responsible for functional / technical / administration / operation documentations of supported systems</li><li>Active involvement in production support to ensure systems availability and stability</li></ul>JOB SPECIFICATION:&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience<ul><li>3-8 years of experience in IT application development environment</li><li>Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with middle management team, internal &amp; external stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Knowledge <ul><li>Knowledge in programming languages such as Flutter, Python, Java, SQL, AI and mobile development would be preferred</li><li>Knowledge in SCRUM and other Agile development methodology would be preferred</li><li>Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
