We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with HR process owners and relevant stakeholders,&nbsp;to gather &amp; analyse business requirements, deploy and support the desired solution in Workday HCM, as per design specifications.</li><li>Provide ongoing day-to-day system support&nbsp;and maintenance,for the relevant modules, as per the relevant governance and service delivery protocols.</li><li>Lead the implementation of new Workday capabilities,&nbsp;for the relevant modules, including; planning, configuration, testing, deployment and adoption of the relevant solution.</li><li>Conduct solution enablement and training sessions, for relevant stakeholders in driving Workday Adoption across the organization.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest Workday releases, features, and functionalities, and assess their impact on relevant solutions.</li><li>Partner with process owners and stakeholders in identifying, deploying and driving adoption of latest Workday capabilities through a defined service improvement framework.</li><li>Take ownership of developing and maintaining appropriate documentation of Workday support maintenance activities and design changes, for future reference and audits.</li><li>Instil a “Continuous Innovation” mindset as a Team Player,&nbsp;by mentoring team members and collaborating with them, to jointly deliver high-quality solution and services to stakeholders.</li><li>Stay abreast of Industry trends and advancements through Workday releases, features, and best practices, and recommending enhancements aligned to the organization needs</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience working as a Workday Functional&nbsp;lead&nbsp;or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, to proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues, and independently drive initiatives to improve Workday Solution and services.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of overall Workday solution with relevant Workday certifications/ accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions from “Design to Deploy”.</li><li>Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with hands-on experience of implementing (from design to deploy) of at Workday modules; Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.</li><li>A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.</li><li>Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred, but not mandatory.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
