Job Description

Interns in P'sang hold real responsibilities and are treated with the same expectations as full-timers.

THE JOB

Support overall marketing in day to day administrative tasks to create awareness on our brand
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Recommend and suggestion of new idea to improve the overall marketing strategy
Review marketing material and work according to deadlines
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Any ad hoc related duties assigned

Job Requirements

The Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing preferred. Candidates from another discipline may also apply to this position
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and self-manage against tight timelines and aggressive expectations
Well-spoken and able to communicate effectively with external press and partners
Eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
Obsessed with generating creative idea following market trends

In 2017, our founder, Jeff Chin, visited the world’s largest condom factory in Malaysia while he was still working as a DJ for MY FM. He was surprised to find that even though they were able to produce many different types of condoms, but there wasn’t any innovative product in the Malaysian market.

He then quit his job, determined to revitalize the condom market in Malaysia with a vision to launch a brand centered around consumers' needs. After traveling all over the world, researching different materials and packaging methods, he discovered a unique design that will revolutionize the Malaysia condom industry.

And so P’sang was born, being Malaysia’s first buttercup condom brand

Working with a strong team of experts and visionary investors, P’sang spent months on Research and Development, Compliance Tests, User Experience surveys, and conducted numerous other tests to ensure that we are making products that can play well as to challenge the current condom industry and create new experiences to our users.
