Job Description

An E-commerce Intern supports the day-to-day operations of an online store, assisting with tasks like product listing management, marketing campaigns, customer enquiries and order fulfilment, gaining hands-on experience in managing an e-commerce platform and contributing to strategies to optimize sales and customer experience.

  • Assist in managing inventory
  • Assist in order fulfilment processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Create & update product listings on the website with accurate descriptions, images & pricing.
  • Assist to update the restocks inventory quantity
  • Manage product categories and attributes
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement

Job Requirements

  •  Actively enrolled university student in related field seeking internship
  • Internship duration minimum 12 weeks
  • Efficient, strong communication skills, can work under pressure & enjoy a fast-paced environment.

 Gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of eCommerce industry
