 Are you curious about how online businesses work and want to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing e-commerce industry? PTT Outdoor is looking for enthusiastic interns (ages 18–20) to join our team as E-Commerce Admin Interns!

What You’ll Do

• Product Uploads: Help add new products to our online store, update product details, and ensure everything looks great for customers.
• Customer Chats: Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing friendly and helpful support.
• Order Processing: Assist with tracking orders, updating statuses, and making sure customers receive their items smoothly.
• Inventory Checks: Help keep our product listings up-to-date and accurate.
• General Admin Work: Support the team with day-to-day tasks that keep the business running.
• Learn E-Commerce Tools: Get exposure to platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Woocommerce, and discover how a real online business operates.

Who We’re Looking For

• Malaysian students aged 18–20 (SPM leavers, diploma, or degree students).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Comfortable using a computer and basic software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Friendly and willing to help customers.
• Eager to learn about e-commerce and business operations.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Start Date

• Immediate or as soon as possible (flexible for the right candidate).

Education Level

• Minimum: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia), STPM, or currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any field.
• Open to students on a gap year or recent SPM leavers.

Experience Level

• No prior experience required; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Any experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Woocommerce) or admin work is a plus, but not mandatory.

Language Requirements

• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Soft Skills (Mandatory)

• Detail-oriented and organized in handling product uploads and admin tasks.
• Responsible and able to manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills for handling customer chats and team interactions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and processes.
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.

Technical Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a bonus.

Other Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, aged 18–20 (as per company’s target group).
• Able to commit for a minimum internship period (typically 2–3 months).
